  • NFCKEY is carried and used by drivers, fleet users, and authorised personnel as a wearable NFC vehicle access credential
  • Drivers present NFCKEY at the vehicle reader in the same way as a traditional car access card when unlocking the vehicle

 

Who manages NFCKEY 

  • NFCKEY is issued, enrolled, and managed by the vehicle access system operator, such as a fleet manager, car-sharing provider, or system integrator
  • Drivers do not configure access permissions or security rules themselves

NFCKEY functions as a wearable NFC vehicle access credential within supported vehicle access systems. All access control, authorization, and encryption remain fully system-controlled within the vehicle access platform.
